Welcome to Rama’s kitchen, where flavors tell a story. My passion for food came from a place of love, Niger, where I was inspired by the vibrant flavors of exotic fruits and traditional homemade juices. In Qatar, I discovered the beauty of blending cultures through food, deepening my love for culinary artistry. However, my journey with French pastry began during the more than 10 years I spent living in France, where I was immersed into the rich culinary traditions that inspired my baking today.
Having attended baking school in France, I gained firsthand experience in mastering the techniques and artistry that make French pastries so beloved. Now, from my home to yours, I’m delighted to share this passion through handcrafted treats that blend tradition, quality, and the warmth of home baking.

We make our cakes from scratch with eggs and homemade jams, curds, mousses, and buttercreams – never any pre-made fillings in our kitchen.
