Please note that all pastry and juice sales are final. Once products have been picked up or delivered, we are unable to accept returns for health and safety reasons.
In order to provide the best possible service to our customers, a bit of planning on our end is required. Therefore, orders canceled more than 72h in advance get full refund, if you cancel 48h in advance, you’ll get a store credit for the full amount of your order. After that, we may not be able to issue a refund due to preparation costs.
We appreciate your understanding that crafting a cake takes time and effort. As a small team, we carefully plan ahead to ensure we meet all orders while upholding our high standards of quality and service.
