How do I place an order?
You can place your order through Ramaskitchen.net, on social media and direct messaging. We recommend ordering 2 to 3 days in advance.
What are your pick up and delivery options?
We offer pickup at our location in Cinco Ranch and delivery within Katy area for an additional fee.
Can I request custom pastries or flavors?
Yes! We love creating special orders. Let us know your preferences and we will do our best to accommodate.
Do you offer gluten-free or dairy-free options? Do your pastries contain nuts?
We do not offer gluten-free and dairy-free options at the moment and some of our pastries do contain nuts.
What payment methods do you accept?
At the moment we only accept cash or Zelle. Payment is required at the time of order confirmation.
What is your cancelation policy?
Orders canceled more than 72h in advance get a full refund.If you cancel 48h in advance you will get a store credit for the full amount of your order . After that we may not be able to issue a refund due to preparation costs.
What are your policy on using photographs?
We reserve the right to use photographs of orders on our website, blog and social channels.
